Their story

Fausto Fasching, Brewer of the Fasching Family Colony. Sixty years old, half a lifetime spent learning what the grape will forgive. The south taught me chains; the vineyard taught me patience. My brother Rubenio works the fields; my cousin Slowpoke minds the coin. The wine is honest. The rest is between Debrecen and me.

Standings are bands rather than places. Most colonists are at the start of most of these, and being told you are one-thousandth is not information anybody can use.
